Council Meeting Summary
At its March 24, 2022, video-conferencing meeting, College Council:
- approved a 2022 and 2023 training and development plan for Council;
- received an overview of certification;
- received a quarterly report from the Chair;
- received a quarterly report from the Registrar;
- received a financial report for the period ending on December 31, 2021;
- received a report from the Audit and Finance Subcommittee;
- approved a reserve draw of up to $1.5 million to balance the 2021 year-end deficit;
- received a report from the Selection and Nominating Committee;
- approved the appointment of Robert Pellerin, OCT, and Annie Song to the Investigation Committee, effective immediately;
- approved a schedule of Subcommittee and Committee reports;
- approved amendments to its Public Presentations at Council Meetings policy;
- received a framework for the Professional Advisory development process;
- approved a proposed Council annual work plan;
- received various correspondence;
- held an in camera special meeting.
