Council Meeting Summary
During its September 15 meeting, College Council:
- received a quarterly report from the Chair of Council;
- received a quarterly report from the Interim Registrar & CEO;
- received a quarterly financial report for the period ending June 30, 2022;
- received a report from the Audit and Finance Subcommittee;
- received a report from the Selection and Nominating Subcommittee and approved the subcommittee’s recommendation for appointments with terms of office starting on January 1, 2023;
- received a report from the Accreditation Committee;
- received a report from the Standards of Practice and Education Committee;
- received a memo from the Interim Registrar & CEO regarding measures which could expedite certification while maintaining the standards of the profession;
- received various correspondence to and from the Minister of Education and the Deputy Minister;
- moved into a special in camera meeting.
