Acceptable Documents

When applying to the College, you will need to submit multiple documents, including:

All documents must be unmodified originals. They must be sent to us directly from the granting institution, in a properly marked envelope.

Envelopes must include the following:

  • the institution’s name and address
  • a stamp or seal across the envelope flap
  • postage and postmark of the country in which they were issued.

If the document is sent by courier, it must contain the institution’s name and address.

What happens if the College has questions about one of your documents

We will:

  • ask you to submit the document again, or…
  • send a letter to the granting institution to verify the document or how it was sent.

In either case, we will update you through your online application status page.

Unacceptable application documents

Documents may be rejected by us if they are:

  • illegible
  • expired
  • altered
  • missing required information or signatures
  • inconsistent with other documents supplied
  • not in the official language of the institution
  • issued directly to you or a third party
  • missing an official seal or stamp
  • not originals
  • from an unaccredited institution.

Fraud

Providing false or incomplete information is considered professional misconduct. Fraudulent applications will not be accepted.
