What is the College’s policy on accessible customer service?

We’re committed to ensuring everyone can access our services. Our staff are educated about various disabilities and how to offer appropriate and respectful assistance, including how to:

• interact with people with disabilities, including those using an assistive device, a service animal or the help of a support person
• use equipment and devices provided by the College to help provide goods and services to those with disabilities
• help people with disabilities who have trouble accessing our goods or services
• communicate service disruptions through TTY message, our outgoing phone greeting or push email.

Does the College have an accessibility plan?

Yes. Every five years, the College outlines our policies and actions with respect to accessibility standards for communications, employment and public spaces in our multi-year accessibility plan.
